daigr.am Visualization Plugin Legal Text

This document outlines the terms of use for the daigr.am visualization plugin ("Plugin"), authored 
by Ray Waldin ("Author"). By using this Plugin, you agree to these terms.


Purpose of the Plugin
---------------------
The Plugin is designed to display visualizations of data, including but not limited to pie, donut, bar, 
and line charts. The Plugin is intended for use in conjunction with the OpenAI ChatGPT or other ChatGPT plugins.


Data Collection and Usage
-------------------------
The Plugin stores all data supplied by ChatGPT, including the entire chart specification: any data or 
metadata describing the data like the title of the visualization and notes. This data is stored in Azure 
Cosmos DB for one month, after which it is deleted. The Plugin operates on Microsoft Azure.


User Responsibilities
---------------------
Users must use the Plugin for its intended purpose, to visualize data sent by ChatGPT and for no other purpose.
The visualization may be used for commercial purposes if attribution is given to the source of the data (either 
OpenAI, another ChatGPT plugin, or for user provided data the ultimate source from where the user obtained the 
data) and to the "daigr.am ChatGPT Plugin" that created the visualization.


Limitations of Liability
------------------------
The Author of the Plugin is not liable for incorrect data, incorrect translation of data to visualization, or 
any incorrect interpretations of the data or visualization made by viewers of the visualization.


Terms of Service
----------------
By using the Plugin, you agree to these terms of service. The Author reserves the right to modify these terms 
at any time. Your continued use of the Plugin following any changes signifies your acceptance of these changes.


Privacy Policy
--------------
The Plugin respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. The Plugin only collects and uses data as 
described in the "Data Collection and Usage" section of this document.
